i am very happy with the exterior paint job done by Dave and Dave. If you want it done quickly with half dozen painters where only one speaks English, this is not the company for you. Freshlook had two experienced and professional painters do my home. They took their time and did it right. They maintained great communications and always let me now when they would arrive, when they would leave, what would be accomplished this day and what I had to do (mostly open and close windows). My job was rather large and it took a couple of weeks to finish. I watched the preparation and observed how they repaired and prepped minor rot and imperfections. My project included the removal of popcorn ceilings from 4 rooms with ceilings repaired and painted and a family room and living room painted from top to bottom including woodwork. I reached out to Freshlook hoping to get an estimate to get my basement painted. Not only did Dave, the owner, respond quickly with a detailed estimate, he was very reasonable on the price. After I agreed on a start date, he got the ball rolling. All I had to do was pick a paint color and that was it. Dave and his coworker showed up on the day we agreed upon on time with all their own supplies. They did all the prep work that was needed before starting the job. When the painting started, the two guys were super efficient. They got the job done very quickly and professionally. The result was outstanding. We hired Freshlook to fix some serious issues with flaking and peeling paint and damaged plaster in our 140 year old house. Dave the owner is an incredibly friendly and straightforward guy.
